A Windy Day Past Redford, TX.

The day wasn’t perfect. It was gusty and the wind was a little cold, but that didn’t stop me. I figured that photographs are not always taken under perfect conditions. Thus, I set out on a short road trip downriver with my son to see what my camera could do. I will be returning to this site again once I become more experienced. It would probably be a good place for some night photography! Here is a couple miles past Redford, Texas which is located between Presidio and Lajitas. For those of you who don’t know where this is or have never heard of the Big Bend, it is one of the most beautiful places in Southwest Texas; and it’s my backyard.

Hi! I'm Nayla Carrasco, the creative face and owner behind Mrs. Nayla. I love to read and write, travel, take pictures, set my kitchen, draw, and paint on canvas. As an English teacher, I like to research and share my knowledge about anything related to education and the world I see on social media and through my blog. When I'm not studying, teaching, painting, cooking, or capturing life's moments behind a camera lens, I'm busy spending time with my family.

Haha, yea that river landscape one is a good one. It shows some lifted dirt because it was so windy, but somehow I liked how that looked. Thanks! 🙂
