Sharing this scrumptious classic apple pie that I made yesterday. My first attempt in making homemade (entirely from scratch) apple pie. My lattice wasn’t perfect, but the first bite was a stroll in downtown heaven. It was a lot of work that I didn’t even want to eat it! I simply wanted to put it in a glass display box and stick a blue first place ribbon on it, but who can resist the smell of apples and cinnamon permeating throughout my kitchen apartment? Love, love, LOVED IT!
